Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a driving structure for a water jet cleaning device with improved use stability and ease of use. The disclosed driving structure for a water jet cleaning device comprises: a rotatable drum unit; and a water jet nozzle connected to one side of the drum unit and wound along an outer circumferential surface of the drum unit. The drum unit includes: a drum body having a guide groove formed in a spiral direction so that the water jet nozzle is wound on an outer circumferential surface; a drum rotation shaft disposed on a central axis of the drum body and integrally rotating with the drum body; and a drive part for selectively rotating the drum rotation shaft in a first direction or a second direction. 워터젯 클리닝 장치용 구동구조가 개시된다. 개시된 워터젯 클리닝 장치용 구동구조는 회전 가능한 드럼부 및 상기 드럼부의 일측에 연결되어 상기 드럼부의 외주면을 따라 감기는 워터젯 노즐을 포함하고, 상기 드럼부는, 외주면에 상기 워터젯 노즐이 감기도록 나선 방향으로 형성된 가이드 홈을 가지는 드럼 몸체, 상기 드럼 몸체의 중심축에 배치되어 상기 드럼 몸체와 일체로 회전하는 드럼회전축 및 상기 드럼회전축을 상기 제1 방향 또는 상기 제2 방향으로 선택적으로 회전시키는 구동부를 포함한다.
