The present invention relates to an assistive device for wearing a mask, wherein the device is mounted on the pinna of the ear. The device comprises: a seating portion having a through hole formed at a tip toward the rear of the auricle and a plurality of grooves formed at intervals on the upper surface between the tip and a distal end; and a locking portion continuing from the seating portion to be caught in front of the auricle, and having the tip which faces toward the lower portion of the auricle, and long grooves penetrating the upper and lower surfaces of each distal end leading to the seating portion. A band of a mask sequentially passing through the long grooves is selectively inserted into and fixed to any one of the grooves.
