MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR RECYCLED ASCON

The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing recycled ascon including a recycled aggregate dryer (10) for heating supplied recycled aggregate and a mixer (20) for manufacturing recycled ascon by mixing new asphalt, new aggregate, recycling additives and the heated recycled aggregate. Provided is a device for manufacturing ascon, comprising: a recycling additive storage part (100) for storing recycling additives; a transport pipe (110) for transporting the recycling additives from the recycling additive storage part (100); and a recycling additive spray part (200) connected to the transport pipe (110) to spray the recycling additives on the recycled aggregate heated by the recycled aggregate dryer (10) and installed to spray the recycling additives on the recycled aggregate before arriving at a mixing part (23) placed below the mixer (20). Therefore, time for mixing the recycling additives with the recycled aggregate is ensured sufficiently while allowing the recycling additives to be sprayed directly on the recycled aggregate, thereby improving the quality of recycled ascon. 본 발명은 공급된 재생골재를 가열하는 재생골재 드라이어(10)와, 신규아스팔트, 신규골재, 재생첨가제 및 상기 가열된 재생골재를 혼합하여 재생아스콘을 제조하는 혼합기(20)를 구비한 재생아스콘 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 재생첨가재를 저장하는 재생첨가재 저장부(100); 상기 재생첨가재 저장부(100)로부터 재생첨가재를 이송하는 이송관(110); 상기 이송관(110)에 연결되어 상기 재생골재 드라이어(10)에 의해 가열된 재생골재에 대하여 재생첨가재를 분사하되, 상기 혼합기(20)의 하부에 위치한 혼합부(23)에 도달하기 전의 재생골재에 대하여 재생첨가재를 분사하도록 설치된 재생첨가재 분사부(200);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생아스콘 제조장치를 제시함으로써, 재생골재에 대하여 재생첨가재가 직접 도포되도록 함과 아울러, 재생골재에 대한 재생첨가재의 혼합시간을 충분히 확보하도록 함으로써, 재생아스콘의 품질을 증대할 수 한다.
