The quartz glass tube processing device comprises: a main body part; a tube rotating part which is rotated by a drive motor in an electrically driven manner, is horizontally installed on one side of the main body part, and has a tube fixing part having a distal end at which the quartz glass tube is fixed; a transfer table device which is configured on the other side of the main body and has a transfer table provided on an upper portion thereof to move in the back-and-forth direction and the right-and-left direction; a tube size processing part which is fixedly installed on the transfer table, has a cutting wheel or a grinding wheel interchangeably mounted at the distal end thereof to be rotatable, thereby enabling length cutting of the quartz glass tube through the cutting wheel, and grinds the inner and outer circumferences of the quartz glass tube through the grinding wheel to process the quartz glass tube not into an elliptical shape but into a complete circular tube shape with uniform wall thickness; a tube surface processing part which is fixedly installed on the transfer table and arranged parallel to the tube size processing part in the back-and-forth direction, and has a wrapping member or a polishing pad interchangeably mounted at the distal end thereof, thereby pressing the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface of the quartz glass tube by the wrapping member or the polishing pad and reciprocating from side to side in the length direction of the quartz glass tube to enable wrapping and polishing processing on the quartz glass tube; and a processing liquid supply means which selectively injects wrapping liquid or polishing liquid into the quartz glass tube in accordance with the wrapping or polishing processing performed by the tube surface processing part.
