Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an anti-diabetic composition containing a grain mixture, and specifically, to: a food composition for preventing or alleviating diabetes by containing a mixed grain extract in which oat, sorghum, finger millet, red bean, and common millet are mixed in a specific ratio; a feed composition; and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diabetes by containing the mixed grain extract. According to the present invention, the composition including a mixed grain extract of a specific ratio has effects of inhibiting alpha-glucosidase, reducing fasting blood sugar, and ameliorating glucose tolerance, and thus can be widely used as a standard for the composition and ratio of mixed grains used for the purpose of alleviating diabetes and can be provided for the purpose of preventing, treating or alleviating diabetes. 본 발명은 잡곡 혼합물을 포함하는 항당뇨용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 특정 비율의 귀리, 수수, 손가락조, 팥 및 기장의 잡곡 혼합 추출물을 포함하는 당뇨병 예방 또는 개선용 식품 조성물; 사료 조성물; 상기 잡곡 혼합 추출물을 포함하는 당뇨병 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 특정 비율의 잡곡 혼합 추출물을 포함하는 조성물은 알파-글루코시다아제(α-glucosidase) 저해 활성, 공복혈당 감소, 내당능 개선 효과를 가지므로, 당뇨 개선을 목적으로 이용하는 혼합 잡곡류의 구성 및 비율에 대한 기준으로 유용하게 활용할 수 있으며, 당뇨병 예방, 치료 또는 개선 목적으로 제공할 수 있다.
