METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TSUNAMI DETECTION BASED ON WATER LEVEL OBSERVATION DATA

The present disclosure relates to a method and a system for observing sea level using image processing, performed by at least one processor. The present method includes steps of: acquiring a plurality of learning image frames for a coast; performing pre-processing on a plurality of training image frames; acquiring a water level data item; generating a water level observation model using a water level data item and a plurality of preprocessed training image frames; acquiring time-series image frames for the coast; and outputting an inference value related to the sea level based on the time-series image frame using the water level observation model. 본 개시는 적어도 하나의 프로세서에 의해 수행되는, 영상처리를 이용한 해수위 관측 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이 방법은, 연안에 대한 복수의 학습 이미지 프레임을 획득하는 단계, 복수의 학습 이미지 프레임에 대한 전처리를 수행하는 단계, 수위 데이터 아이템을 획득하는 단계, 수위 데이터 아이템 및 전처리된 복수의 학습 이미지 프레임을 이용하여 수위 관측 모델을 생성하는 단계, 연안에 대한 시계열 이미지 프레임을 획득하는 단계 및 수위 관측 모델을 이용하여 시계열 이미지 프레임을 기초로 해수위와 관련된 추론 값을 출력하는 단계를 포함한다.
