Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for treating hip dysplasia in dogs using prime editing technology. By using a recombinant vector of the present invention, genes involved in hip dysplasia in dogs can be corrected more efficiently and with higher accuracy compared to an existing CRISPR/Cas9 system, and the recombinant vector can be utilized to treat or prevent hip dysplasia in dogs and manage sarcoma in dogs. Prime editing guide RNA for the recombinant vector of the present invention includes guide RNA, a scaffold, a reverse transcription polymerase template, and a primer binding site, which are connected in sequence. 본 발명은 프라임 편집 기술을 이용하여 개의 고관절 이형성증을 치료하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 재조합 벡터를 이용하여 개의 고관절 이형성증에 관여하는 유전자를 기존의 CRISPR/Cas9 시스템과 비교하여 효율적이고 정확도 높게 교정할 수 있고, 개의 고관절 이형성증 치료 또는 예방과 개의 육종 관리에 활용할 수 있다.
