Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a system for utilizing geothermal and hydrothermal heat for heating and cooling by means of a rainwater storage tank in the ground and rainwater stored in the rainwater storage tank. The hydrothermal-geothermal cooling-heating system (200) using a rainwater storage tank according to the present invention comprises: a rainwater storage tank (100) constructed in the ground and having a plurality of storage blocks (10), in each of which an internal space of a perimeter wall (11) is partitioned by a cross-shaped partition wall (12), and which are continuously combined in a horizontal-vertical sequence; and a circulation pipe (20) providing a water flow path moving from a heat exchanger (30) through the inside of the rainwater storage tank (100) and passing through a water tank (40) to the heat exchanger (30) by pumping. The storage block (10) has flow grooves (13, 13a) which respectively open downward from the top of the perimeter wall (11) and the top of the partition wall (12). The circulation pipe (20) is piped through the flow groove (13), such that the water flowing along the circulation pipe (20) passes through the rainwater storage tank (100) and forms a thermal equilibrium state with the underground rainwater, and the heat exchanger (30) exchanges heat with a building heat source. 본 발명은 지중의 빗물 저류조와 저장된 빗물을 매개로 하여, 지열과 수열을 냉난방에 활용하기 위한 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 「둘레벽(11) 내부 공간이 十자 격벽(12)으로 구획된 저류블록(10) 다수개를 수평-수직으로 연속 조합하여 지중(地中)에 구축한 빗물 저류조(100); 및 펌핑에 의해 열교환기(30)에서 상기 빗물 저류조(100) 내부를 지나 물탱크(40)를 거쳐 상기 열교환기(20)로 이동하는 물의 유동 경로를 제공하는 순환관(20); 을 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 저류블록(10)은 상기 둘레벽(11)과 격벽(12)의 각 상단에서 하방으로 트인 유동홈(13, 13a)이 형성되어 있고, 상기 순환관(20)은 상기 유동홈(13)을 통해 배관되어, 상기 순환관(20)을 따라 유동하는 물이 상기 빗물 저류조(100)를 지나며 지중의 빗물과 열평형 상태를 이루고, 상기 열교환기(30)에서 건물 열원과 열교환이 이루어지도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 빗물 저류조를 이용한 수·지열 냉난방 시스템(200)」을 제공한다.
