A composition for a flame retardant functional paint comprising waste Styrofoam according to the present invention comprises: 10 to 25 parts by weight of waste Styrofoam; 40 to 80 parts by weight of an organic solvent including at least one of benzene, xylene, and ethyl benzene; 5 to 15 parts by weight of a flame retardant including at least one of aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, zinc stannate, antimony-based flame retardant, and phosphorus-based flame retardant; 5 to 20 parts by weight of a base resin including at least one of an acrylic resin, a silicone resin, a urethane resin, and a rubber resin; and 1 to 10 parts by weight of oil containing at least one of silicone oil, mineral oil, castor oil, linseed oil, orange oil, and paulownia oil. According to the composition for a flame retardant functional paint containing the waste Styrofoam of the present invention, waste Styrofoam, which was impossible to recycle, is used so as to be recycled as paint. Furthermore, the present invention has flame retardancy by combining a flame retardant with high economic efficiency, and at the same time shows excellent flowability, flexibility of a coating film, and excellent adhesion. 본 발명에 따른 폐스티로폼을 포함하는 난연 기능성 도료용 조성물은, 폐스티로폼 10 내지 25 중량부; 벤젠, 자일렌, 에틸 벤젠 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 유기 용매 40 내지 80 중량부; 수산화알루미늄 및 수산화마그네슘, 주석산아연, 안티몬계 난연재, 인계 난연재 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 난연재 5 내지 15 중량부; 아크릴계 수지, 실리콘 수지, 우레탄 수지, 고무계 수지 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 베이스 수지 5 내지 20 중량부; 실리콘 오일, 미네랄 오일, 피마자유, 아마인유, 오렌지유, 오동나무유 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 오일 1 내지 10 중량부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 폐스티로폼을 포함하는 난연 기능성 도료용 조성물에 따르면, 재활용이 불가능했던 폐스티로폼을 이용하여 도료로써 재활용할 수 있도록 하였으며, 나아가 경제성이 높은 난연재를 겸비하여 난연성을 갖도록 함과 동시에 우수한 흐름성 및 도막의 유연성, 뛰어난 부착성을 나타낸다.
