The gargle solution has a slightly acidic pH, and thus can maintain stability for a long period of time even if the gargle solution is packed in a pouch with a polyethylene pouch material. The gargle solution of the present invention includes benzydamine hydrochloride, an aqueous solvent, a preservative and a buffer agent. 본 발명은 폴리에틸렌 재질의 포자재에서 장기간 안정성이 유지되는 벤지다민염산염을 가글액에 관한 것으로 상기 가글액은 약산성의 pH를 가져 폴리에틸렌 재질의 포자재로 파우치로 포장되어도 장기간 안정성이 유지된다.
