A horizontal adjustment and height adjustment device for milling according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first horizontal table maintaining a horizontal state of a workpiece and extending along a first axial direction for the workpiece to be placed thereon; a second horizontal table extending along the first axial direction and disposed on a lower side of the first horizontal table; a first adjustment bar disposed between the first horizontal table and the second horizontal table, and having one end disposed on the first horizontal table and the other end disposed on the second horizontal table; and a second adjustment bar coupled to the first adjustment bar, disposed between the first horizontal table and the second horizontal table, and having one end disposed on the first horizontal table and the other end disposed on the second horizontal table.
