Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a continuous casting operation method comprising the following steps of: checking an amount of molten steel discharged from a tundish to a continuous casting mold; calculating an index, at which naked molten metal occurs by exposing the molten steel in a molten metal surface part of the tundish to the atmosphere, by using the following relational expression 1 using the discharge amount; and when the index exceeds a set value, performing a naked molten metal reduction action. In the relational expression 1, naked molten metal occurrence index [%] = 78302 × (discharge amount [ton/min])^(-5.039).
