The disclosed muffler unit equipped with a heat radiation pad to prevent overheating of a muffler cover, includes: a muffler comprising a gas inlet unit formed on one side to be connected with an exhaust port of an engine to receive exhaust gas from the engine, and a gas outlet unit formed on a side to discharge the exhaust gas, and reducing the noise of the exhaust gas discharged from the engine; a muffler cover installed and coupled to the muffler to cover the muffler; and a heat radiation pad unit installed between the muffler and the muffler cover to suppress a heat transfer of heat from the muffler heated by the exhaust gas to the muffler cover so as to prevent a heat rise in the muffler cover.
