Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a resource recycling method using a waste golf ball, and more specifically, a resource recycling method using a waste golf ball, which uses gravity to separate an outer shell (surlyn resin) and an inner shell (elastic rubber) of a waste golf ball to form the same as a recycled raw material to enable resource recycling. The resource recycling method using the waste golf ball, according to an embodiment of the present invention, makes it possible that environmental pollution can be minimized because recycled surlyn materials and mixed rubber materials completed with waste rubber materials by using waste golf balls can be used to produce other products. Also, waste golf balls can be easily crushed by vibration and crushing and easily separated using gravity, and thus, the operation is simple and recycling costs are significantly reduced. The recycled surlyn materials have good physical properties and can be used not only for golf balls but also for other materials such as interior materials. As the waste rubber materials can be recycled in various industrial fields such as golf carts, cushion mats, and noise-proof mats, the waste rubber materials provide an excellent effect on resource circulation.
본 발명은 폐골프공을 이용한 자원순환방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 폐골프공을 중력을 이용하여 외피(서린수지)와 내피(탄성고무)를 분리한 상태에서 이를 재활용원료로 형성할 수 있도록 하여 자원의 순환이 이루어질 수 있도록 한 폐골프공을 이용한 자원순환방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예로 형성된 폐골프공을 이용한 자원순환방법에 의하면 폐골프공을 이용하여 재활용서린재료 및 혼합고무재료를 폐고무재료로 완성하여 다른 제품으로 생산가능하기 때문에 환경오염을 최소화할 수 있고, 폐골프공을 진동과 파쇄로 인하여 쉽게 분쇄하고 중력을 이용하여 쉽게 분리할 수 있어서, 작업이 간단하여 재활용비용이 현저히 줄어들며, 재활용서린재료는 물성이 좋아서 골프공 뿐만 아니라 내장재등 다른 재료로 사용할 수 있고, 폐고무재료는 골프캐트, 쿠션매트 및 소음방지매트 등 다양한 산업분야에 재활용 할 수 있어서 자원순환에 탁월한 효과가 발생한다. |
