APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATED TRAINING LEARNING MODEL FOR FAULT DETECTION BASED ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

The present disclosure relates to an artificial intelligence-based automated defect detection learning model training device and a method.
