Zusammenfassung: | The present disclosure provides a preparation method of an environmentally friendly adhesion promoter using a non-phthalate plasticizer which comprises the step of: 1) mixing a non-phthalate plasticizer and toluene diisocyanate in a reactor; 2) injecting a catalyst into the reactor and heating the same to proceed with a trimerization reaction; and 3) introducing a blocking agent into the reactor to proceed a blocking reaction.
본 개시는 1) 반응기 내에 비프탈레이트계 가소제 및 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트을 혼합하는 단계, 2) 반응기 내에 촉매를 투입 후, 가열하여 삼량화 반응을 진행하는 단계 및 3) 반응기 내에 블록킹화제를 투입하여 블록킹화 반응을 진행하는 단계를 포함하는, 비프탈레이트계 가소제를 사용한 친환경 접착 증진제의 제조 방법을 제공한다. |
