Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a vertical axis fixing and left and right axis variable tracking system of a solar panel that implements improvement of efficiency of solar power generation by changing an installation angle of the solar panel. The system includes: a module installation unit in which a solar power generation module is installed; and a rotation pillar unit installed at a lower part of the module installation unit to support the module installation unit and rotate the module installation unit in left and right directions in response to an altitude of the sun. 본 발명은 태양광 패널의 설치 각도를 가변시켜 태양광 발전의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 구현한 태양광 패널의 상하축 고정 및 좌우축 가변 추적식 시스템에 관한 것으로, 태양광 발전 모듈이 설치되는 모듈 설치부; 및 상기 모듈 설치부의 하측에 설치되어 상기 모듈 설치부를 지지하는 동시에 태양의 고도에 대응하여 상기 모듈 설치부를 좌우 방향으로 회전시켜 주는 회전 기둥부;를 포함한다.
