Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a casting manufacturing method and an apparatus thereof, which can solve density difference and complex configuration at once during die casting while overcoming a bubble problem and low density limitation during gravity casting. A fixed amount of molten metal (Y) is filled in a lower mold (71) and then pressed by an upper mold (72) so that the molten metal (Y) is compressed and solidified with uniform and high density in all directions. Therefore, there is no concern of bubble when demolding the lower mold (71) and the upper mold (72), and an omnidirectional uniform and high density cast (C) having uniform overall density can be obtained to reduce a defect rate, to make a thickness thin, and to secure productivity.
본 발명은 중력주조시의 기포 문제 및 낮은 밀도의 한계를 극복하면서 압력주조시의 밀도 차이 및 복잡 구성을 일거에 해소할 수 있도록 하금형(71)에 용탕(Y)을 정량 채운 후 상금형(72)으로 가압(프레싱)하여 용탕(Y)으로 하여금 전방위 균일 및 고밀도로 압착되면서 응고되도록 하여 하금형(71) 및 상금형(72)의 탈형시 기포 염려가 없고 전체적으로 균일한 밀도를 지닌 전방위균일/고밀도주물(C)을 취득할 수 있도록 함으로써 불량률을 현저히 줄이면서 두께 역시 얇게 할 수 있고 생산성까지 보장케 할 수 있도록 주물 제조 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 발명이다. |
