Personalized dental implant assembly and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention discloses a personalized dental implant assembly which is convenient to fasten and reduces a coupling tolerance to prevent penetration of bacteria and foreign substances while maintaining a solid coupling state that is not easily decoupled, and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention comprises: a fixture which has a first female thread formed on the inside in one rotational direction; an abutment which has a second female thread formed on the inside in the other rotational direction which is opposite to the one rotational direction; a first fixing bolt which has a first male thread so as to be inserted into a hollow part of the abutment and coupled to the first female thread of the fixture; and a second fixing bolt which has a second male thread so as to be inserted into the hollow part of the abutment and coupled to the second female thread of the abutment and is provided with a driver hole on the inside, wherein the drive hole does not pass through the second fixing bolt.
