Panel for thermal and noise insulating apparatus

The present invention relates to an assembly-type heating pipe and a panel for reducing noise between floors, which facilitate construction for heating, maximize thermal efficiency during heating, reduce noise between floors, and provide soundproof performance. The heating pipe panel includes: a coil mat which is formed integrally with a coil made of PVC material on the upper surface of an absorption layer, which is made of PVC material and on which protrusions in contact with the floor are installed on the lower surface; and a noise reduction panel, which is installed above the coil mat and composed of EVA or EPP material, absorbing impact noise and vibration.
