Cell-off gas recycling system of fuel cells in Sewage Treatment Plants

The present invention relates to a system for recycling cell-off gas of a fuel cell in a sewage treatment plant, which comprises: a pre-treatment unit for treating sulfur from raw material gas; a reforming unit for generating a reformed hydrogen fuel by receiving the raw material gas, whose sulfur has been removed, and reforming the same into hydrogen; a fuel cell for generating electricity by receiving the reformed hydrogen fuel from the reforming unit, and producing cell-off gas; a sewage treatment plant for discharging effluent while treating sewage and receiving waste heat generated from the fuel cell to use the same as an energy source; a condensing unit for receiving the cell-off gas and the effluent and discharging the cell-off gas from which moisture is removed by heat exchange; and a cooling and heating unit receiving the cell-off gas from which moisture has been removed to supply cooling and heating energy to the sewage treatment plant.
