Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an air threat determining device and a combined engagement control system having the same, comprising: a target detection unit for detecting a target in the air; a data calculation unit for calculating attribute information including a specific energy of the detected target; and a threat type determination unit configured to determine the type of target detected according to the attribute information as a first air threat or a second air threat having a lower risk than the first air threat, thereby capable of responding to threats by determining the type of target detected in the air. 본 발명은 공중의 표적을 탐지하기 위한 표적 탐지부; 탐지된 표적의 비에너지를 포함하는 속성정보를 산출하기 위한 데이터 산출부; 및 상기 속성정보에 따라 탐지된 표적의 종류를 제1 공중위협 또는 상기 제1 공중위협보다 위험도가 낮은 제2 공중위협으로 판단하기 위한 위협종류 판단부;를 포함하고, 공중에서 탐지되는 표적의 종류를 판단하여 대응할 수 있다.
