Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a seismic isolating switchboard having a vibration damping device for isolating the vibration of an earthquake and preventing the switchboard from being damaged. The seismic isolating switchboard having a vibration damping device for easy replacement of a load cell according to an embodiment of the present invention is a seismic isolating switchboard having a vibration damping device for easy replacement of a load cell, including a power distribution box having a power distribution facility installed thereon, and a plurality of vibration damping devices installed on a lower part of the power distribution box to isolate the vibration of an earthquake transmitted from a floor to the power distribution box. The vibration damping device includes: a vertical seismic isolation part installed on the floor to isolate the vertical vibration of an earthquake; a lateral seismic isolation part placed below the power distribution box to isolate the lateral vibration of an earthquake; and a pressure measurement part placed between the vertical seismic isolation part and the lateral seismic isolation part to measure pressure exerted on the lateral seismic isolation part from the vertical seismic isolation part. The lateral seismic isolation part includes: a supporting housing for supporting a lower part of the power distribution box; a supporting stand part inserted into the supporting housing and to be placed therein; a seismic isolation member for supporting while sliding between the supporting stand part and the supporting housing so that the supporting housing can isolate vibration while moving in response to the lateral vibration of an earthquake on the supporting stand part; and a slip buffering part for buffering the vertical vibration of the supporting housing on the supporting stand part while supporting the supporting stand part on the supporting housing to be able to slide in a lateral direction. Therefore, seismic isolation can be improved.
