CRYPTOCURRENCY MANAGEMENT METHOD AND SYSTEM TO ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION IN RESERVE FORCES BASED ON ELECTRONIC NOTICE

A cryptocurrency management method for encouraging participation in education and training based on an electronic notice according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is a method in which cryptocurrency is managed by a simple payment application executed by at least one processor of a terminal, comprises the steps of: receiving an electronic document related to education and training; extracting at least one attendance information piece included in the received electronic document related to education and training; receiving conditional cryptocurrency based on the extracted attendance information; using the provided conditional cryptocurrency based on conditions of use; and verifying whether or not to attend education and training according to the electronic document related to education and training. The present invention further includes the steps of: when the verification in accordance with the step is performed, converting a value corresponding to second conditional cryptocurrency, which is the balance remaining after purchasing a conditional coupon; and when the verification in accordance with the step is not performed, converting a value corresponding to the conditional cryptocurrency into a penalty point.
