Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a diagnostic composition comprising an antibody which specifically binds to the RBD of SARS-CoV-2 S protein or a kit using Sandwich ELISA technology using the same. In the case of using the diagnostic composition or kit of the present invention, the diagnostic composition or kit can be usefully used to confirm the presence or absence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus from patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection (COVID-19). 본 발명은 SARS-CoV-2 S 단백질의 RBD에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 포함하는 진단용 조성물 또는 이를 활용한 Sandwich ELISA 기술을 이용하는 키트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 진단용 조성물 또는 키트를 이용하는 경우, SARS-CoV-2 감염증(COVID-19) 환자로부터 SARS-CoV-2 바이러스의 존재 유무를 확인하는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
