Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a steel-free truss deck, in which an insulation panel and a reinforcement mesh are mainly applied instead of a steel plate, to realize a steel-free plate in a conventional truss deck in which a truss assembly rebar is integrally combined with the steel plate, and a non-support concrete slab construction method for completing the construction of a steel structure or reinforced concrete structure using the steel-free truss deck. The steel-free truss deck according to the present invention includes: an insulation panel, which has a rebar insertion groove formed in a lengthwise direction on the upper surface, and both widthwise ends formed as corresponding side lapping portions, to allow for continuous installation between neighboring insulation panels through side lapping; a truss assembly rebar, in which an upper rebar, a lower rebar, and a lattice rebar are assembled in a truss structure, and of which the lower part is inserted into the rebar insertion groove of the insulation panel and the upper part protrudes above the insulation panel; an upper reinforcement mesh which is assembled with widthwise rebar and lengthwise rebar, and is placed over the truss assembly rebar to be bound to the upper rebar of the truss assembly rebar; a lower reinforcement mesh which is assembled with widthwise rebar and lengthwise rebar and is arranged under the insulation panel; and a penetration connection rebar, which connects the upper reinforcement mesh and the lower reinforcement mesh, penetrates through the insulation panel, and binds to the upper reinforcement mesh and the lower reinforcement mesh. Therefore, the present invention provides a non-steel plate truss deck which is advantageous in lightweight, thermal insulation, and sound insulation properties. 본 발명은 강판 위에 트러스조립철근이 일체로 결합된 통상의 트러스데크에서 강판 대신에 단열판재와 철근망을 주요하게 적용하여 무강판을 구현한 무강판 트러스데크와, 이러한 무강판 트러스데크를 이용하여 철골조 내지 철근콘크리트 구조물의 시공에 적용하여 완성하는 무지주 슬래브 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 무강판 트러스데크는, 상부면에 길이방향으로 철근삽입홈이 형성되는 것으로 너비방향 양단부가 각각 서로 대응하는 이음쪽매로 형성되어 이웃하는 단열판재 상호 간이 쪽매이음으로 연속 설치 가능한 단열판재; 상부근, 하부근, 래티스근이 트러스구조로 조립된 것으로 하부가 단열판재의 철근삽입홈에 삽입되면서 상부가 단열판재 위로 돌출되게 설치되는 트러스조립철근; 너비방향근과 길이방향근이 조립된 것으로 트러스조립철근 위로 배치되어 트러스조립철근의 상부근에 결속되는 상부철근망; 너비방향근과 길이방향근이 조립된 것으로 단열판재 아래에 배치되는 하부철근망; 상부철근망과 하부철근망을 연결하는 것으로, 단열판재를 관통하여 상부철근망과 하부철근망에 결속되는 관통연결근;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
