Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a silicone pad for battery thermal runaway delay including a heat diffusion sheet and a battery pack comprising the same. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a silicone pad for battery thermal runaway delay including a heat diffusion sheet and a battery pack comprising the same, in which thermal runaway occurring in battery cells can be delayed and/or prevented by a silicone pad in which a silicone foam containing a flame retardant filler and a platinum-based flame retardant is integrally installed on one surface or both surfaces of a heat diffusion sheet. According to the present invention, the silicone foam is integrally provided on one surface or both surfaces of a heat diffusion sheet, wherein the silicone foam has a foam structure having a hardness (Shore OO) of 10 to 60 and a density of 0.20 to 0.45 (g/cm^3). In the heat diffusion sheet, a silicone pad for thermal runaway delay, which is composed of a heat-conductive metal-based sheet or a heat-conductive carbon-based sheet, is installed between battery cells as a buffer pad to delay or prevent the spread of heat generated in one battery cell to another battery cell. 본 발명은 열확산 쉬트를 구비한 배터리 열 폭주 지연용 실리콘 패드와 이를 포함하는 배터리 팩에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은, 난연성 필러와 백금계 난연제를 포함하는 실리콘 폼이 열확산 쉬트의 일면 또는 양면에 일체로 설치된 실리콘 패드에 의해, 배터리 셀의 열 폭주가 지연/방지될 수 있는 열확산 쉬트를 구비한 배터리 열 폭주 지연용 실리콘 패드와 이를 포함하는 배터리 팩을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 열확산 쉬트의 일면 또는 양면에 실리콘 폼이 일체로 구비되되, 상기 실리콘 폼은, 경도(Shore OO) 10∼60, 밀도 0.20∼0.45(g/㎤)의 폼 구조로 이루어지고, 상기 열확산 쉬트는, 열전도성 메탈계열 쉬트 또는 열전도성 카본(탄소)계열 쉬트로 이루어진, 열 폭주 지연용 실리콘 패드가, 배터리 셀 사이에 완충패드로 설치되어, 일측 배터리 셀에서 발생된 열이 또다른 배터리 셀로 전파되는 것을 지연 또는 방지되도록 되어 있다.
