Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a non-alcoholic beverage and a cocktail for activating antioxidation and increasing flavor and savory properties. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the non-alcoholic beverage for activating antioxidation and increasing flavor and savory properties comprises: fermentation liquor from which alcohol has been removed; carbon dioxide; any one selected from a group consisting of microbial fermentation broth and a mixture thereof; a natural sweetener; and a natural acidulant. The present invention provides the non-alcoholic beverage and the cocktail with high palatability through an excellent flavor and antioxidation activity.
