Zusammenfassung:	Provided is an electric vehicle charging apparatus. According to one embodiment, the electric vehicle charging apparatus comprises: a charger providing a plurality of charging cables of different types; a communication-control unit connected to the charger and controlling the charging cables; a motor drive communicating with the communication-control unit; a support which is a fixed facility located at an upper end of the charger; a plurality of electric winches fixed to the support and disposed at an upper part of the charger; and a plurality of spring balancers wherein one side is connected to each of the plurality of electric winches and the other side is connected to each of the plurality of charging cables.
