Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a lining material (300) for repairing a square pipe (100) having a bending unit and a manufacturing method thereof. The disclosed manufacturing method of a lining material (300) comprises: a cutting step (S10) of cutting a resin absorbent material (400) according to the size of an inner surface of the square pipe (100) to which the resin absorbent material (400) is to be attached; an end unit coupling step (S40) of connecting both end units of the resin absorbent (400) so that the resin absorbent (400) forms a pipe shape; and a resin impregnation step (S50) of impregnating an uncured resin to the resin absorbent (400). 절곡부가 구비된 각관(100) 보수용 라이닝재(300) 및 이의 제조방법이 개시된다. 개시된 라이닝재(300)의 제조방법은 수지흡착재(400)를 부착할 각관(100)의 내측면의 크기에 맞게 수지흡착재(400)를 자르는 재단단계(S10); 상기 수지흡착재(400)를 파이프 형상을 이루도록 수지흡착재(400)의 양측 단부를 연결하는 단부 결합단계(S40); 상기 수지흡착재(400)에 미경화 상태의 수지를 함침시키는 수지함침단계(S50);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
