Three primer sets of the present invention can specifically detect LBVaV, so that it is believed that the inflow of LBVaV into the Republic of Korea can be effectively prevented. 본 발명은 LBVaV (Lettuce big-vein associated virus)를 특이적으로 검출하기 위한 프라이머 세트 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 3개의 프라이머 세트는 LBVaV를 특이적으로 검출할 수 있으므로, LBVaV의 국내로의 도입을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
