The present invention includes: a first detection unit in which a first insulation wire coated with a first piano wire with an insulating material that melts when heat above a reference temperature is applied and a second insulation wire coated with a second piano wire with the insulating material that melts when heat above the reference temperature is applied are twisted; and a leakage detection unit in which a first leakage detection wire coated with a first core wire with an insulating material that absorbs moisture and a second leakage detection wire coated with a second core wire with the insulating material that absorbs moisture are twisted between the first insulation wire and the second insulation wire.
