Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a concrete composition comprising ferronickel slag micro powder, furnace slag, and silica fume, and a concrete structure manufactured by using the same and, more specifically, to a concrete composition prepared by using, as a binder for concrete, a fast-hardening binder using ferronickel slag micro powder, furnace slag, and silica fume, which are industrial by-products, except for ordinary Portland cement (OPC), and a concrete structure manufactured by using the same. According to the present invention, the concrete composition prevents neutralization, enhances resistance to cracks, improves acid resistance, increases intensity, and enhances resistance to salt water and freezing-thawing, and also enhances eco-friendly properties through recycling of byproducts occurring in an industrial field. Accordingly, provided is the cement concrete having excellent product quality by increasing a recycling rate of ferronickel slag micro powder as an industrial byproduct which is used as fine aggregates for concrete or a roadbed material with a low added value while reducing a load to an environment, thereby expanding utilization of the concrete composition as a material with a high added value. In particular, an additive is used to increase resistance of the cement concrete to carbonation, and provided is the concrete composition having functions of preventing a steel bar within the concrete from being corroded and remarkably increasing initial strength. 본 발명은 페로니켈 슬래그 미분말, 고로슬래그 및 실리카퓸을 이용한 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용하여 제조되는 콘크리트 구조물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 콘크리트용 결합재로서 일반포틀랜트시멘트(OPC) 이외에 산업부산물인 페로니켈 슬래그 미분말 및 고로슬래그 및 실리카퓸을 활용한 속경성 결합재를 이용하여 콘크리트용 조성물을 구성하고, 이를 이용하여 콘크리트 구조물을 제조함으로써 중성화 방지, 균열저항성 향상, 내산성 향상, 강도 향상, 염해 저항성 및 동결융해 저항성 향상 등의 효과를 볼 수 있으며, 산업 현장에서 발생하는 부산물을 재활용함으로써 친환경성을 향상시킬 수 있는 기술로서, 환경부하를 저감함과 동시에 저부가가치의 노반재 또는 콘크리트용 잔골재로서 사용하고 있는 산업부산물인 페로니켈 슬래그 미분말의 재활용율을 높이고 고부가가치용 재료로 활용성을 확대하여 품질이 우수한 시멘트 콘크리트를 제조하기 위한 것이며, 특히 첨가제를 사용하여 시멘트 콘크리트의 탄산화 저항성을 높이며, 콘크리트내 철근의 부식방지와 초기강도 증진에도 우수한 콘크리트를 제조할 수 있는 기술을 제공한다.
