Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an ascending and descending device of an installation road where surveillance equipment is installed in an upper portion of a support. More specifically, a moving nut (35) is spirally coupled to a rotary axial rod (30) axially installed inside the support (10) to enable the moving nut to be ascended and descended by forward and rearward rotation of the rotary axial rod. The installation rod (40), where surveillance equipment such as a surveillance camera and a CCTV are installed, is installed in the moving nut (35) to enable the moving nut to be moved to be ascended and descended, thereby enabling the installation rod to be descended during repair and inspection of the surveillance equipment to allow a worker to safely and easily perform work on the ground without working in the air as in the past. 본 발명은 지주 상부에 감시 장비가 설치된 설치대의 승하강 장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 지주(10) 내부에 축 설치되는 회전 축봉(30)에 이동 너트(35)를 나선 결합하여 상기 회전 축봉의 정,역 회전에 의해 이동 너트를 승하강시키고, 상기 이동 너트(35)에 감시 카메라, CCTV 등과 같은 감시 장비가 설치되는 설치대(40)를 연결하여 승하강 이동시키도록 하므로 상기 감시 장비의 수리, 점검시 설치대를 하강 이동시켜 작업자가 종래와 같이 고공에서 작업하는 것이 아니라 지상에서 안전하고 간편하게 작업하도록 하는데 그 특징이 있다.
