ROOT CROPS HARVESTER WITH SPEED SYNCHRONIZATION

The present invention relates to a root crop harvester with a vehicle speed synchronization function, comprising: a vehicle body including a driving unit (100), a collection unit (200), a transfer unit (300), and a sorting unit (400), which are mounted on the vehicle body, and also including an engine and a transmission, which are mounted inside the vehicle body; a power generation unit (500) generating power for driving the driving unit (100) and the collection unit through the sorting unit (200-400); and a vehicle speed synchronization driving unit (600) engaged with one side of the power generation unit (500) and transferring the power by synchronizing the power with the speed of the driving unit (100) to the collection unit through the sorting unit (200-400). The vehicle speed synchronization driving unit (600) includes: a synchronization apparatus (610) connected to the transmission and rotating a synchronization driving pulley (611) proportionately with the speed of the driving unit (100); a first connection means (630) engaged with the synchronization driving pulley (611) and rotating the synchronization driven pulley (620) placed on one side thereof; and a second connection means (660) engaged with a reducing gear (640) linked to the synchronization driven pulley (620) and rotating a driving shaft (650) placed on one side thereof and transferring the power corresponding to the driving speed of the driving unit (100) to the collection unit through the sorting unit (200-400). The present invention is able to synchronize the vehicle speed by the driving unit (100) with the driving speed of the collection unit through the sorting unit (200-400) and improve workability and productivity. 본 발명은 차속동조 기능을 가지는 뿌리작물 수확기에 관한 발명으로, 차체에 주행부(100), 수집부(200), 이송부(300), 선별부(400)와, 차체 내부에 엔진 및 트랜스미션을 탑재하고 주행부(100) 및 수집부 내지 선별부(200~400)의 구동을 위한 동력을 발생하는 동력발생부(500)와, 동력발생부(500)의 일측에 결합하여 수집부 내지 선별부(200~400)에 동력을 주행부(100)의 속도와 동조하여 전달하도록 구비하는 차속동조구동부(600)를 포함하고, 차속동조구동부(600)는, 트랜스미션과 연결되어 주행부(100)의 속도에 비례하여 동조구동풀리(611)를 회전하도록 구비하는 동조장치(610)와, 동조구동풀리(611)에 결합하여 일측에 마련된 동조종동풀리(620)를 회전하도록 구비하는 제1연결수단(630)과, 동조종동풀리(620)와 연동하는 감속기어(640)에 결합하고 일측에 마련된 주동축(650)을 회전하여 수집부 내지 선별부(200~400)에 주행부(100)의 구동 속도에 상응하는 동력을 전달하도록 구비하는 제2연결수단(660)을 포함하여 구성함에 따라 주행부(100)에 의한 차속과 수집부 내지 선별부(200~400)의 구동 속도를 동조하여 작업성 및 생산성을 향상하는 것이 특징이다.
