Prefabricated fire plate using direct fire

The present invention relates to a prefabricated fire plate using direct fire. This is a combination of a pair of grilling plate modules. Flow passages are alternately arranged to allow direct fire to move upward. Oil generated during cooking is quickly discharged to prevent the generation of soot due to combustion.
