Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a device that analyzes a vibration mode of a resonator and a method thereof, wherein the device comprises: a resonator excitation part that excites a resonator equipped with a plurality of interferometers around the resonator; a resonator vibration characteristic detection part that detects a resonator vibration characteristic comprising at least one among a movement speed, a displacement, and a relative phase between the interferometers with respect to the resonator, when a vibration is induced in the resonator according to an excitation; and a resonator vibration mode analysis part that analyzes the vibration mode of the resonator based on a measured resonator vibration characteristic. Therefore, the present invention is capable of having an effect of detecting the vibration characteristic of the resonator with a single measurement. 본 발명은 공진기의 진동 모드를 분석하는 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 주변에 다수개의 간섭계가 구비되는 공진기를 가진시키는 공진기 가진부, 가진에 따라 공진기에 진동이 유발되면, 공진기에 대하여 운동 속도, 변위 및 간섭계들간의 상대 위상 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 공진기 진동 특성을 검출하는 공진기 진동 특성 검출부 및 측정된 공진기 진동 특성을 토대로 공진기의 진동 모드를 분석하는 공진기 진동 모드 분석부를 포함한다.
