Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a geodetic survey system capable of precise leveling among geodetic survey systems and, more specifically, to a precise geodetic survey system which can easily collect information for creating a 3D digital map, allow precise geodetic survey by firmly fixing a camera and a GPS receiver on an upper part of a vehicle, precisely measure a change in level due to curvature of a ground surface by a slope detector installed and elastically supported on the vehicle, and easily and accurately collect and utilize the information on the change in level and slope due to the elevation of the ground surface by point for creating the 3D digital map. 본 발명은 측지측량 시스템 중 정밀한 수준측량이 가능한 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로 3차원 수치지도 제작을 위한 정보를 용이하게 수집할 수 있고, 차량 상부에 카메라, GPS 수신기를 강력하게 고정함으로써 정밀한 측지측량 또한 가능하며, 차량에 설치되며 탄성 지지되는 경사감지기를 통해 지표면의 굴곡에 의한 수준 변화 상태를 정밀하게 측정하고, 이를 이용하여 3차원 수치지도 제작을 위해 지표면의 고저에 의한 수준변화 정보 및 경사도를 지점별로 용이하면서도 정확하게 수집해 활용할 수 있는 정밀 측지측량 시스템에 관한 것이다.
