Zusammenfassung: | A proposed technology relates to a shielding gas control system of an arc wire method metal 3D printing process and a shielding gas control method using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a shielding gas control system and a shielding gas control method using the same for controlling product defects caused by absence of the shielding gas and stabilizing a weld bead during a long-term continuous progress of an arc wire metal 3D additive manufacturing process (WAAM, Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing). The shielding gas control system includes a welding robot, a gas chamber, a welding machine, and a pipe.
