The present invention relates to a bathtub integrated with a toilet, which is able to allow people who have difficulties in bowel movement activities and the elderly and the infirm who cannot move about freely to wash their body right after bowel movement, comprising: a bathtub mainframe accommodating water to be drainable and providing a bathing space; a toilet seat foothold formed on a floor surface on one side of the bathing space, and providing a saddle for bathing, and having a discharge hole, and discharging the excreta, and supporting both feet of a user during the bowel movement, and inducing the user to crouch; a water tank installed on the rear side of the toilet seat foothold, and storing cleaning water for discharging excreta, and discharging the cleaning water to the discharge hole after the bowel movement activities; and a buttocks support unit formed on one surface of the water tank, and providing a support surface having a semi-oval-shaped curved cross-section so that the user can put and support the rear surface of the buttocks while crouching, and dispersing the load of the user. 본 발명은 배변활동에 곤란을 겪는 사람이나 거동이 불편한 노약자 등이 배변 후 곧바로 몸을 씻을 수 있도록 하는 변기 일체형 욕조에 관한 것으로, 물을 배수 가능하게 수용하면서 목욕공간을 제공하는 욕조본체; 상기 목욕공간의 일측 바닥면에 돌출 형성되어 목욕 시 안장을 제공하고, 배설구가 형성되어 용변을 배출하되, 배변 시 사용자의 양발을 지지하면서 사용자의 웅크린 자세를 유도하는 변좌발판; 상기 변좌발판의 후방에 설치되어 용변의 배출을 위한 세정수를 저장하며, 용변 후 상기 배설구로 세정수를 배출하는 물탱크; 및 상기 물탱크의 일면에 형성되어 사용자가 웅크린 상태로 엉덩이의 배면을 기대서 지지할 수 있도록 반타원형의 곡면형상의 단면을 갖는 지지면을 제공하면서 사용자의 하중을 분산시키는 엉덩이지지부를 포함한다.
