MgO Struvite crystallization wastewater treatment system equipped with magnesium oxide MgO solubility prediction module and struvite crystallization method using the same

A struvite crystallization wastewater treatment system comprises: a drug tank (10) to input magnesium oxide (MgO) in a crystallization tank (1) receiving waste water; a controller (200) to control the drug tank (10); and an input unit (100) to receive ion information (a) and accession pH information (b). The controller (200) includes a solubility prediction module (210) to obtain solubility information (d) of magnesium oxide (MgO) in the waste water based on the ion information (a) and the accession pH information (b) from the input unit (100). According to the present invention, performed is a struvite crystallization process using cheap magnesium oxide (MgO). 본 발명에 따르면 폐수가 수납된 결정화조(1)에 산화마그네슘(MgO)을 투입하는 약품탱크(10); 상기 약품탱크(10)를 제어하는 제어부(200); 및 이온정보(a) 및 도달 pH 정보(b)를 입력받는 입력부(100);를 포함하되, 상기 제어부(200)는, 상기 입력부(100)를 통해 입력된 상기 이온정보(a) 및 상기 도달 pH 정보(b)를 기초로 상기 폐수에서의 산화마그네슘(MgO)의 용해도 정보(d)를 도출하는 용해도 예측모듈(210);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리 시스템이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따르면 값싼 산화마그네슘(MgO)만을 이용하여 스트루바이트 결정화 공정을 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
