Zusammenfassung:	A DI water regeneration device is disclosed. The DI water regeneration device includes: a primary water purifying unit into which DI water used from a target device is introduced, and which primarily purifies the introduced DI water; a secondary water purifying unit that secondly purifies the primarily purified DI water; a tertiary water purifying unit including a plurality of filters that sequentially purify the secondly purified DI water; a temperature control unit that controls the temperature of the DI water purified by the tertiary water purifying unit; and a storage unit for storing the DI water whose temperature is controlled by the temperature control unit. DI워터 재생 장치가 개시되며, 상기 DI워터 재생 장치는, 대상 장치로부터 사용된 DI워터가 유입되고, 유입된 DI워터를 1차 정수하는 1차 정수부; 1차 정수된 DI워터를 2차 정수하는 2차 정수부; 2차 정수된 DI워터를 순차적으로 정수하는 복수의 필터를 포함하는 3차 정수부; 3차 정수부에서 정수된 DI워터의 온도를 조절하는 온도 조절부; 및 온도 조절부에서 온도가 조절된 DI워터를 저장하는 저장부를 포함한다.
