Metal insulation composite panel and its manufacturing method

The present invention relates to a composite panel for metal insulation and a manufacturing method thereof. An objective of the present invention is to provide a composite panel for metal insulation and a manufacturing method thereof, which can delay spreading of flames rapidly spreading when a fire occurs. According to the present invention, the composite panel for metal insulation comprises: an insulation core having a reinforcing insertion hole; a honeycomb reinforcing pipe forming a honeycomb partition and a chemical filling hole, and buried and pressed into the reinforcing insertion hole; a pair of flame retardant boards tightly coupled to the surface and back surface of the insulation core; and an exterior steel plate tightly coupled to the surface of the pair of flame retardant boards in a stacking structure. Also, a series of methods of manufacturing the composite panel for metal insulation perform a honeycomb reinforcing pipe forming process, a reinforcing pipe arranging process, an insulation core forming process, an insulation core cutting process, a fire-extinguishing chemical filling process, a flame retardant board stacking coupling process, and a product forming finishing process. 본 발명은 금속단열 복합패널 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 화재 발생시 급속하게 진행되는 화염의 확산을 지연시킬 수 있는 금속단열 복합패널 및 그 제조방법을 제공함에 있다. 본 발명의 구체적 수단으로는; 보강삽입공이 마련된 단열심재와, 벌집격막과 약액충진공을 형성하며 상기 보강삽입공에 매설 압입되는 허니콤 보강관과, 상기 단열심재 표면과 이면에 밀착 결합하는 한쌍의 난연보드와, 상기 한쌍의 난연보드 표면에 적층구조로 밀착 결합하는 외관강판재를 포함하는 금속단열 복합패널을 형성하여 달성한다. 또한, 상기 금속단열 복합판넬을 제조하는 일련의 방법으로, 허니콤 보강관 성형공정과, 보강관 배치공정과, 단열심재 성형공정과, 단열심재 재단공정과, 소화약액 충진공정과, 난연보드 적층결합공정과, 제품성형 마감공정을 행하도록 하여 달성한다.
