Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a vehicle wheel guard capable of having excellent sound absorbability, decent productivity, and solving an issue about a quality deterioration caused by moisture or vibrations. More specifically, the wheel guard includes: an upper layer including polyester-based fibers; a lower layer including polyester-based fibers; and a middle layer including hollow yarn having a hollow rate of no less than 10%, and located between the upper and lower layers. When the wheel guard has a thickness of 3-15 mm, and a surface weight of 800-1,200 g/m^2, a sound absorption rate within a frequency range of 2,000-5,000 Hz is 0.5-0.7.
본 발명은 흡음성이 우수하고, 생산성이 좋으며, 수분 또는 진동 등에 의한 품질 저하의 문제가 해소된 자동차용 휠가드에 대한 것이다. 구체적으로 상기 휠가드는 폴리에스터계 섬유를 포함하는 상부층; 폴리에스터계 섬유를 포함하는 하부층; 및 중공률이 10% 이상인 중공사를 포함하고, 상기 상부층과 하부층 사이에 위치하는 중간층;을 포함하고, 두께가 3mm 내지 15mm, 면중량이 800g/m2 내지 1,200g/m2일 때, 2,000Hz 내지 5,000Hz 주파수 범위에서 흡음률이 0.5 ~ 0.7인 것을 특징으로 한다. |
