Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an LED traffic sign and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to an LED traffic sign driven by generating natural energy such as wind power and solar heat, and a manufacturing method thereof. Even if the amount of light of an LED module is not sufficiently exhibited due to a low power structure, unnecessary light leakage, reflection and transmission of the LED module between a case and a transmission plate are limited. The irradiation direction of light is intensively induced toward the front, and at the same time, the amount of light is more concentrated only in a transmission margin formed along the circumference of a cover pattern image formed on the transmission plate. Therefore, even under conditions where the amount of light from the LED module is not sufficient, the main information of the traffic sign is emphasized, and sufficient visibility at night can be secured. 본 발명은 LED 교통표지판 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 풍력, 태양열 등의 천연에너지를 발전하여 구동되는 LED 교통표지판에 있어, 저전력 구조로 인해 LED 모듈의 광량이 충분하게 발휘되지 않더라도, 케이스와 투과판 사이에서 불필요한 LED 모듈의 광 유출, 반사, 투과 등을 제한하고, 광의 조사방향을 정면을 향해 집중적으로 유도함과 동시에, 투과판에 형성된 표지패턴 이미지의 둘레를 따라 형성된 투과마진으로만 광량을 보다 집중시킴으로써, LED 모듈의 광량이 충분하지 않은 조건에서도 교통표지판의 주요 정보를 보다 강조하여 충분한 야간 시인성을 확보할 수 있는 교통 표지판을 제조할 수 있는 LED 교통표지판 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
