A FISH FERMENTED LIQUID MANUFACTURING SYSTEM

Disclosed is a fish fermented liquid manufacturing system, which comprises: a fish liquid extraction part for crushing and heating fish to extract fish liquid; a medium mixing part for mixing the fish liquid extracted from the fish liquid extraction part with a medium for fermentation; a fermentation part for receiving and fermenting the fish mixture liquid mixed in the medium mixing part; a settling tank for receiving the fermented liquid fermented in the fermentation part, precipitating solids, and processing post-maturation; a dispenser for receiving the fermented liquid from the settling tank and dispensing the liquid into containers of packaging unit; a water supply part for independently supplying water to the fish liquid extraction part, the medium mixing part, and the fermentation part; a heating part for independently heating the fish liquid extraction part and the fermentation part, respectively; and a control part for controlling the fish liquid extraction part, the medium mixing part, the fermentation part, the settling tank, the dispenser, the water supply unit, and the heating part. 어류를 분쇄 및 가열하여 어류액을 추출하기 위한 어류액 추출부와, 어류액 추출부에서 추출된 어류액을 발효를 위한 배지와 혼합하는 배지 혼합부와, 배지 혼합부에서 혼합된 어류 혼합액을 넘겨받아 발효하기 위한 발효부와, 발효부에서 발효된 발효액을 넘겨받아 고형물을 침전시키고 후숙처리하는 침전조와, 침전조로부터 발효액을 넘겨받아 포장단위의 용기에 분주하는 분주기와, 어류액 추출부와 배지 혼합부 및 상기 발효부로 물을 독립적으로 공급하는 물 공급부와, 어류액 추출부와 발효부를 각각 독립적으로 가열하는 가열부 및, 어류액 추출부, 배지 혼합부, 발효부, 침전조, 분주기, 물 공급부 및 가열부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어류 발효액 제조시스템이 개시된다.
