Filter structure for injecting the raw material of the injection molding machine

The present invention relates to an injection molding device, and more particularly, to a filter structure for injecting a raw material in an injection molding device, in which foreign substances such as unmelted particles are filtered out so as to be removed when the raw material obtained by mixing various additional materials is inserted into a mold. To this end, according to the present invention, the filter structure for injecting the raw material in the injection molding device includes: a filter block connected to an inlet of a mold of the injection molding device, having an injection hole formed through the filter block in a lateral direction, configured to inject a molten raw material into the mold through the injection hole, and having a mounting groove formed through the filter block in a longitudinal direction from an upper side of the filter block to communicate with the injection hole; and a filter body inserted into the mounting groove to insert a lower portion of the filter body into the injection hole, and having a through-hole formed through the filter body in the lateral direction at a region located in the injection hole, in which a screen for filtering out foreign substances in a granule form contained in the raw material is mounted in the through-hole. 본 발명은 사출성형기에 관한 것으로, 특히 금형 내부에 다양한 부가재료가 혼합된 원료를 투입할 때 용융되지 않은 알갱이 등의 이물질을 필터링하여 제거할 수 있도록 한 사출성형기의 원료주입용 필터 구조에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 사출성형기의 금형의 주입구에 접속되며, 횡방향으로 관통되는 주입공이 형성되어 그 주입공을 통해 용융된 원료를 금형으로 투입하고, 상측으로부터 종방향으로 관통되어 상기 주입공과 연통되도록 장착홈이 형성된 필터블럭; 상기 장착홈으로 삽입되어 하측부위가 상기 주입공까지 삽입되고, 상기 주입공에 위치하는 부위에서 횡방향으로 관통된 관통공이 형성되며, 상기 관통공의 내부에는 원료에 포함된 알갱이 형태의 이물질을 거르기 위한 스크린이 장착된 필터체;로 구성된다.
