Zusammenfassung:	A body armor of the present invention comprises: a first body part covering a body in front of a wearer; a second body part disposed behind the first body part and covering the rear body of the wearer; a pair of shoulder strap parts connecting upper ends of the first body part and the second body part to surround the shoulder of the wearer; a belt part connecting lower ends of the first body part and the second body part to surround the waist of the wearer; and a plurality of pouches each connected by a plurality of ties to the belt part, wherein each of the plurality of ties is characterized in that a coupling structure is formed at one end and the other end.
