Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a system for inspecting insulator connection of a power distribution line, which includes: a drone capable of remote control-based flight and autonomous flight; a mounting stand installed on the right and left sides of the drone; a first pivoting stand installed on the mounting stand so as to be capable of upward and downward pivoting; an ultrasonic detection device installed at a free end of the first pivoting stand so as to be capable of upward and downward pivoting; a second pivoting stand installed on the mounting stand outside the first pivoting stand so as to be capable of upward and downward pivoting; an imaging device installed at a free end of the second pivoting stand so as to be capable of upward and downward pivoting; and control means controlling the drone, the first pivoting stand, the ultrasonic detection device, the second pivoting stand, and the imaging device. According to the present invention, an autonomous flight path is set along a power distribution line. Then, the drone equipped with an ultrasonic detection module and a camera performs autonomous flight along the autonomous flight path to acquire ultrasonic detection data and image data generated on the power distribution line. In addition, the ultrasonic detection data and the image data generated on the power distribution line can be acquired directly above, directly below, and beside the power distribution line. Accordingly, power distribution line inspection can be more accurately performed without hampering traffic flow.
본 발명은 배전선로 애자 연결 점검 시스템에 관한 것으로, 원격조정에 의한 비행과 자율비행이 가능한 드론과; 드론의 좌우측에 설치되는 장착대와; 장착대에 상하회동되게 설치되는 제1 회동대와; 제1 회동대의 자유단에 상하회동되게 설치되는 초음파검출장치와; 제1 회동대보다 외측방에서 상기 장착대에 상하회동되게 설치되는 제2 회동대와; 제2 회동대의 자유단에 상하회동되게 설치되는 촬영장치와; 드론, 제1 회동대과 초음파검출장치와 제2 회동대와 촬영장치를 제어하는 제어수단을 포함하여 배전선로를 따라 자율비행경로를 설정하고 초음파검출모듈과 카메라가 장착된 드론을 자율비행경로를 따라 자율비행시키면서 배전선로에서 발생되는 초음파검출데이터와 영상데이터를 취득할 수 있음과 아울러 배전선로의 직상방과 직하방 및 측방에서 배전선로에서 발생되는 초음파검출데이터와 영상데이터를 취득할 수 있게 하여 교통흐름에 지장을 주지 않으면서 배전선로의 점검을 보다 정확하게 수행할 수 있다. |
