Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a wheel structure of an automatic scanner body for non-destructive inspection. In the body equipped with an ultrasonic flaw detector, and an automatic scanner for non-destructive inspection wherein a plurality of wheels are installed on the side surface of the body and which is provided with permanent magnets on the wheels, the wheel includes: a rigid wheel rotationally installed on the body and in rolling contact with the surface of an inspected object; and a spring disposed in an inner space of the rigid wheel. A plurality of permanent magnet pieces are attached to the outer surface of the spring directly facing the inner circumferential surface of the rigid wheel. The body is provided with a mainspring driving module connected to the center of the spring and applying a torsion torque to the spring. An objective of the present invention is to provide the wheel structure of the automatic scanner body for non-destructive inspection, which is prevented from damaging an operator's hand, an electric wire or a water supply hose.
본 발명에 따른 비파괴 검사용 자동 스캐너 차체의 바퀴 구조는, 초음파 탐상체가 설치된 차체; 및 상기 차체의 측면에 복수의 바퀴가 설치되며 상기 바퀴에 영구자석이 구비된 비파괴 검사용 자동 스캐너에 있어서, 상기 바퀴는, 상기 차체에 회전 가능하게 설치되며 피검사체 표면과 구름 접촉되는 강체 휠; 및 상기 강체 휠의 내부 공간에 배치된 태엽 스프링을 포함하며, 상기 강체 휠의 내주면과 직접 마주하는 태엽 스프링의 외부 표면에 다수의 영구자석편이 부착되며, 상기 차체에 구비되며, 상기 태엽 스프링의 중심에 연결되어 상기 태엽 스프링에 비틀림 토크를 가하는 태엽 구동 모듈이 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다. |
